Stop Surviving College. Here's How to Manage Your Time Like a CEO

Manage College Life Without Losing Your Mind

College is genuinely a lot to manage. Classes, deadlines, work shifts, and a life, all running in different places at the same time. We’ll show you how to manage it one step at a time.

Ditch the Phone, Get Something Physical

Your phone has 40 other things competing for your attention. An academic wall calendar doesn't buzz. It shows you exactly what's coming.

Put Everything in One Place - At the Start of the Semester

The best student organization tip for college? Set aside the time to do it right.

First week of the semester: grab every syllabus, every work schedule, every deadline, and put it all in one place.

Every minute you spend now will save you hours of stress down the road.

Color Makes Everything Easier

A color coded calendar looks cute, and it is the fastest way to stay organized in college without overthinking it. Pick a color system and stick to it:

• Blue - Classes
• Red - Exams and deadlines
• Green - Social Plans and weekend trips
• Yellow - Work

Color can increase information recall and comprehension by up to 78%.

Having structure doesn't kill your vibe

No structure = overstimulated, anxious and behind.

When work is broken into smaller steps and assigned to specific dates, it becomes easier to manage and complete.

Do a weekly check-in. 5 minutes on what's done, what's new and what needs adjusting for the week ahead.

The Big Class Calendar is built for exactly this - a full academic year layout, big enough to see your whole semester at once, with a dry-erase surface and color-coded stickers included. It's the simplest way to get time management for college students out of your head and onto your wall.

See everything. Stress less. Own your semester!
