4 Ways to Reclaim Your Year

Did you make a list of goals in January, and you feel like you haven't made a dent? Maybe you’ve settled into the slow, comfortable hum of good enough. But if you have big dreams this year, you’re probably not happy with "good enough".

Lucky for you, we have 4 things you can do this week to get you back on track. Get out of your comfort zone and mix things up.

1. The Anti-Starbucks Run

When's the last time you went somewhere new? Pick a different coffee shop, a new running route, or a restaurant you've never tried. Going somewhere new is a small but powerful way to get out of your comfort zone, and it might just shift your whole headspace.

2. Move a Bucket List Goal to your Calendar

Most people treat their goals like a someday list. Someday is not a day on our calendars. Take a giant marker and move one of those big dreams from the back of your mind to front and center on your calendar. If it’s big, scary, and makes your heart race, you’re on the right track.

3. The 24-Hour Digital Fast

Pick one day this month and go fully analog. No phone, no laptop, no TV, no podcasts (yeah you heard me). Bring a notebook and a pen with you if you´ve never done this. Use that silence to think about how to get back on track with your goals, write down one or two smart goals for the next quarter.  You'll feel amazing by the end of the day and your brain is gonna feel very clear, trust us.

4. Do Something You're Bad At

Nothing humbles you like being a beginner. Pick an activity this Spring that you´re bad at. Take a cold plunge, start jiu-jitsu, or learn to code. The real goal is to get out of your comfort zone long enough to remember what it feels like to grow.

2026 is moving fast. Don't let the season pass you by in a blur of busyness. Grab your Big A## Calendar, pick something from the list above and shake things up, its never too late to get back on track.
